The Surgical Technology program at Southeast Arkansas College is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel as integral members of the surgical team. The curriculum covers a broad range of essential topics, including surgical instrumentation, sterile technique, anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, and surgical procedures across various specialties. The program typically requires approximately two years to complete and results in an Associate of Applied Science degree or certificate.
