The Surgical Technology program at the College of Eastern Idaho provides a comprehensive educational experience designed to prepare students for a rewarding career as surgical technologists. In a focused 18-month program, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become an integral part of the surgical team, working alongside surgeons and nurses in diverse healthcare environments. Furthermore, students will learn to maintain a sterile environment, preparing operating rooms, and assisting surgeons with instruments and equipment.
