Trocaire College’s Surgical Technology program provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel as vital members of surgical teams. This Associate of Applied Science (AAS) program prepares students to assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists in providing optimal patient care during surgical interventions. The curriculum emphasizes the development of a stable temperament, manual dexterity, and physical stamina, alongside the ability to prioritize and integrate various activities in the operating room.
