This Associate of Applied Science degree program combines rigorous theoretical instruction with extensive hands-on laboratory simulations and clinical experience in a modern medical center and affiliated sites. The curriculum covers microbiology, anatomy and physiology, surgical pharmacology, and various surgical procedures, culminating in a requirement to scrub for 150 surgeries to graduate.
